Elizabeth Vogel, PhD began her career at Rutgers 20 years ago as a graduate student in Art History. During her doctoral program, she taught at Rutgers and Montclair State University and worked as a Learning Assistant for the Learning Resource centers at Rutgers. As a result of teaching the "dreaded" course, Expository Writing and other writing courses, she was appointed as a Director of the Writing Center on Busch campus. In 2000, Dr. Vogel accepted a position as Assistant Dean at Rutgers College. She held this position for 7 years. Part of her duties included advising for the HPO and serving as a member of the Health Professions Committee. In 2007. Dr. Vogel moved to the HPO full-time where she is now Administrative Director. Since 2009, she has also been the Director of the Post Baccalaureate program at Rutgers. She has a Ph.D. in Art History which she received at Rutgers.
